- Hotel pickup between 8:50 AM and 9:30 AM for Bocagrande, Laguito and Castillo Grande.
- Pickup may also apply between 1:50 PM and 2:30 PM for the afternoon tour.
- It ends between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM; the afternoon departure ends between 6:20 PM and 6:30 PM.
- Return service only applies for travelers staying in Bocagrande, Laguito and Castillo Grande.
- Children from 0 to 4 years old join free of charge.
